I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and 4 beautiful children. I am a SAHM and love to be able to help out in the kids classes whenever needed. I will again be a DI Team Manager for 2 teams this year...1 Elementary Level Team and 1 Middle School Level Team. I am also the DI Site Coordinator for my kids Elementary School.

This weeks challenge over at Squigglefly is to create a shaped card. I wanted to make a card shaped like a Dr. Bag, but it looked more like a purse, so I scrapped that idea and instead went with the round First Aid symbol for the card.
I tried putting on some embellishments, but then you couldn't see the symbol too well, so I decided to forgo them. The white card is adhered to the black matting (which does go around completely), but when I was trying to take a picture of it, it kept opening up just enough to hide the black on the left side.
Stop on by and join us in this weeks challenge :)
Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated Stamps: Tickery Dickery Doc - digi image -Squigglefly; Sentiment - Happy Healing Ink/Coloring: Copics; Memento Tuxedo Black Paper: Basic Black, Real Red; Gina K Pure Luxury White Embellishments: Tools: Key Tag Punch; CM Cutting System
This is really cute, and I think you were really creative to use the first aid symbol! The doctor's bag would have been cute too, but I can see how it'd look like a purse.
