Stampin Out Alzheimer's challenges I completed....

Here are a few of the cards that I did for various challenges on the Stampin Out Alzheimer's ning group this past weekend. Since there were quite a few challenges I wanted to participate in, I kept my cards pretty simple as it was a busy weekend and I did not have a lot of time for stamping. We had a mini golf and lunch outing for my Daisy Troop, got our garden planted, and since the weather was so nice, we spent lots of time outside with the kids!

Anyways, on to the cards.....

This one was for the I've got the Blues Copic Marker Challenge sponsored by Verve Stamps. You had to use the Copic colors B12 and B16 along with your choice of any one E color. I chose E33.

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Sweet Deal ~ The Greeting Farm
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Pacific Point; Copics (B12, B16, E33, 0)
Paper: Pacific Point; Gina K Pure Luxury White; DP - DCWV
Embellishments: Dew Drops

Tools:
Giga Scallop Punch; CM Cutting System

This was an All-In-One Challenge. You could only use 1 color, 1 stamp, 1 embellishment and 1 ribbon. I had to try this one to see if I could do it and I have to say this really was a challenge. I know I cheated a bit and used a teeny bit of yellow in the center of the flowers, and added a brad to the prima flower (but I'm using my creative license interpretation on that one because technically I think it is only one embellishment ~ the flower ~ and besides they NEED something to cover that hole in the center or they just don't look right).

I think that before I actually use this card though, I will add a sentiment to the right side and perhaps a few more of the little primas (that one just looks so lonely by itself)

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Digi Image - Two Scoops Rice Designs
Ink: Copics (sorry, didn't write the colors down on this one)
Paper: Tempting Turquoise; Gina K Pure Luxury White; DSP - SU
Embellishments: Ribbon; Flower - Prima with SU Brad in the center

Tools:
MS Border Punch

This one was a sketch challenge for I believe Little Paper Shop. I love the bright colors of this new Lime Rickey paper from Basic Grey!

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Alphabet Soup
Ink: Various SU Markers
Paper: Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White; DP - Basic Grey - Lime Rickey
Embellishments: Dew Drops; Button from stash

Tools:
Marvy Mega and Giga Scallop Circle Punches

This one was a sketch challenge for Verve Stamps. I have had this image colored and sitting in my pile for quite some time and decided to finally put it to use. The image is popped up on dimensionals up to three times in some places.

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Penguin Paradise; Sentiment ~ Down by the Pond ~The Greeting Farm
Ink: Versafine Black; Koh-i-nor pencils
Paper: Lavender Lace, Gable Green; Papertrey White Card Stock; DP - DCWV
Embellishments: Ribbon (Lt. Orchid); Dew Drops; Lots of dimensionals

Tools:
Scallop Border Punch

This one was another sketch challenge and I don't remember who it was from. The image was a limited time free digi down load from Sweet n' Sassy Stamps. I left a sentiment off this one because I'm not sure what I want to use it for yet.

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Forget Me Not (digi image) - Sweet n' Sassy Stamps
Ink: Copics (again forgot to write down the numbers)
Paper: Pale Plum; Gina K Pure Luxury White; DP - Basic Grey - Euphoria
Embellishments: Ribbon (Lt. Orchid); Dew Drops
