This was my very first challenge as a DT member for Squigglefly, so I couldn't wait to get started! The challenge was to use the colors Pink Pirouette, Pacific Point and Kiwi Kiss and to also incorporate a button into the project.
Now I love Pink Pirouette and Pacific Point, but I don't think I have touched Kiwi Kiss since I got it, so I wasn't sure how this would play out until I came across this Basic Grey paper ~ I loved how it looked with the Kiwi Kiss and the rest just fell into place. The turtle has eyeshadow and nail polish thanks to my sakura stardust pen and the spots on the turtle have been colored over with my spica clear pen ~ in person it is so nice and shimmery.
I really wanted to take a picture of this one outside, but the weather just didn't cooperate with me these past few days......so hopefully you can see some of the shimmer on here.

Jodi, this is just adorable. I have been having trouble with your blog kicking me off internet explorer. I think it's due to your music player. Anyway, I love how you've colored this turtle! The designer paper you've used is perfect for this challenge too!
Sweet card! Really like your designs (cards and other items) they are really beautifully designed and put together :)
