Paper Make Up Stamps

I tried out for the Paper Make Up Stamps DT (I had already shared two of the cards I submitted (they were also submitted for Inky Impressions DT call) but unfortunately for me, I didn't make it. However Katie has picked an amazing team and I can't wait to see what they come up with. At their last release party (when we found out who the DT was), I won a Monster stamp ~ thanks again Katie! Of course I couldn't pick just one, so I bought the rest of the monsters (my boys love them and have had a blast coloring them already). Here is a card I made in the midst of stamping images for my youngest to color ~ I should have just stamped him a whole sheet of paper at once, but of course, he wanted them cut in squares like mommy. I just love this guy holding his teddy bear and my son already claimed the card as his own.

Card Recipe~ all items SU unless indicated
Stamps: Paper Makeup Stamps - Argus with Teddy; SU ~ sentiment
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics E31, E33, YG00, YG01, YG03, B41, B60, YR12, YR14
Paper: Creamy Caramel, Bashful Blue, White - Papertrey, DP - DCWV (Nana's Kids)
Accessories: Dew Drops (Robin's Nest), SU Circle punches, Cuttlebug embossing folder

Here was my third submission for the DT call:

OMG, I love that monster stamp!!! You colored it beautifully. I tried out for PMS too and didn't make it either -- it's hard! But your work is amazing and you keep on putting it out there. The right company and the timing will come together before you know it.
