Retro-Fresh Wednesday with The Greeting Farm

Today it's time for Retro Fresh Wednesday, a month long challenge, over at The Greeting Farm.

The theme for this month is
(and use a TGF stamp that is older than 6 months)

For my card I chose to use the Blush Heart stamp to make a background paper and then the Flutter Heart stamp set for the image and sentiments.  I love the boy girl image and had not yet used it, so I knew I wanted that on my card, although I was almost afraid to use it since I am so used to coloring images but I'm glad I did.  I love how it turned out and it was a nice change to make a "quick" card.  I was originally going to add ribbon on the horizontal paper strip, but when I laid it on to see how it looked it ended up covering the hearts on that I chose to leave it off and added some pearls instead.

We'd love to have you join in the Retro Fresh Challenge....remember, you have an entire month to enter and the winner gets a 4x6 stamp set of their choice as well as a single stamp.

Stop back tomorrow.....something exciting is coming and you won't want to miss it!

Love this card!! The stamped background is adorable ;-) So many sweet hearts, you did it right not to cover some of them with ribbon ;-)
