She used Surfer Anya, colored her with copics and then cut her out. The paper is from Echo Park's Paradise Beach collection....I think it makes a great background for this image! In place of a sun in the sky, she wanted to add some flowers and a rhinestone brad. I think she did a great job! :)

Ashley your Mum is right (they always are) your project is fabulous. Love the image and you have coloured her really well. The design paper is fabulous and looks like swirly sea. All absolutely stunning. Thank you for joining us this week at Totally Papercraft Challenge. Good luck.
