Birthday Bunny

I recently learned that Laurie has a new monthly challenge on her blog Clearly Delightful and is giving everyone that participates an exclusive Cleary Delightful digital image of the month.

This month, the theme is Bunny Rabbits and I just happened to have this cute Bunny image from Bee Crafty that I have never used yet.

Since I knew I wanted the bunny to be gray, I decided to go with a pink and gray color scheme.  I used some retired SU DP and Going Gray Cardstock ~ I wish this color was still available individually because I really like the lighter gray.  I stippled Pink Pirouette inside the nestie to give it a white frame and just added a few dew drops to finish it off. The colors in the picture appear darker than they actually are, and in person the card is more subtle.

Now I just have to show you the adorable image I will be getting from Laurie just for participating.  It is called "Bunny Wabbit".

Is this not the cutest little bunny!?!  This image is really versatile and I can see it used for many different things besides Easter and Baby cards.  I can't wait to play with this one.

In addition to Laurie's Challenge at Clearly Delightful, I am entering this card in the following challenges:

ABC Challenge - L is for Layering
Creative Inspirations - "New Year, New Products"- Nesties, Sentiment Stamp
Paper Play Challenges - Furry Friends
Cute Card Thursday - Pink and Gray
Raise the Bar - "Debut Day" - use something in your stash that hasn't been opened/used yet and Debut it- image, sentiment, nesties
Bee Crafty - Favorite color combo (This is just one of my favs for a softer palette)

The Pink Elephant - Sketch
Creative Card Crew - "Punch It" - includes border punches
A Spoon Full of Sugar - Lots of layering
The Corrosive Challenge - "Let's Go Digi" - use a digital image

I have a few more cards to post, so I'll be back.

Have a wonderful day!
